Personal information submitted by you through forms on the site will be stored in our database for the duration of the MAA Forum contact database’s operation. This data will not be kept for any longer than it is necessary to do so, in order to achieve the contact aims of the mailing list area.

After the database has been removed the information will be deleted also, but will be retained in our mailing list archives. To agree to appear on our website will also confer permission to become an MAA Forum mailing list member (no fee).

If you wish to cancel your mailing list membership please email [placeholder] with ‘Remove Mailing List Membership’ as the subject.

The information you submit will be used only for the purpose stated on the form, and will not be sold or given to third parties unless it is indicated otherwise on the form.
